Sheikhil Khan

With more than 20 years of industry experience, I have helped many Auckland locals to achieve their financial and property dreams, and I’d love to help you do the same.

Based in the heart of Manukau, my team and I work with a range of customers from first home buyers to experienced property investors. In 2019, we were named Mike Pero Franchise of the Year – an accomplishment we are all extremely proud of.

Throughout my career, I have developed an extensive set of skills which help me to find the perfect loans to suit each customer’s individual needs. I am also a Registered Financial Adviser, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (CA), member of CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountant), and the Professional Advisers Association.

I am incredibly passionate about helping create wealth through property ownership and I enjoy nothing more than supporting Kiwis to succeed in their goals.
